What we collect

Purchase data: your email address and payment confirmation, needed to deliver your license key. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see them.
License records: your key, its status, and delivery events, stored so the portal can let you in and support can help you.
Site analytics: anonymous usage events on the marketing site (PostHog) and advertising events (Meta Pixel and Conversions API) used to measure our ads. Purchase attribution may include a hashed version of your email.

Your code never touches us. The Pack runs inside your own Claude account, on your machine. We have no access to your codebase, your audits, or your findings.

Who processes it

Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (portal and license infrastructure), Vercel (website hosting), Meta and PostHog (analytics as described above). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, send third-party marketing, or share your email beyond the processors listed above. We send transactional emails about your purchase, and at most one reminder if you started a checkout without finishing it.

Your rights

Email support@trydeploysafe.com to access or delete the data we hold about you (note: deleting your license record deactivates your key). EU/EEA users have the rights provided by the GDPR, including complaint to a supervisory authority.
